We keep our photos forever, but they will only stay active on our site for 1 year.

Photos are typically available online two hours after the shoot is scheduled to end. This means that if the photographer's session ended at 12pm, you will be able to find the photos on our online platform by 2pm.

No! ALL of our on mountain photos are done on a no obligation basis! This means we can take as many photos as you would like before you decide which ones you want to take home.

Yes! We offer digital packages for both action and portrait photos. Click on the shop button in our online gallery to see all of our options!

When looking at your portrait photos in our online store you will see your photos are broken down into poses. A pose is considered a set of photos with the same amount of people, doing the same thing, while also having the same background.

Our action photos are sold by the date and location. This means you are able to bundle together your group's photos from the same run into the same digital package. If you have photos from multiple locations we would be happy to create a bundle deal for you.

Of course! We offer a variety of different print sizes which are all made in house. This allows for same day turn around for in person orders, and quick shipping times for online orders! Our photo prints become cheaper when combined with a digital order.

After your on mountain shoot ends the photographer will ask your group for a last name. This is the easiest way to find your photos. When you visit our online gallery, type that same last name into the search bar and you will find your photos!

To ensure we take your photo, be on the lookout for our yellow and red ski photo signs. When you see one of those, that means a photographer wearing bright yellow is positioned about 100 yards in front of you. When you see a photographer, give them a shout, wave your arm in the air and give us your best smile!
